As our items are manufactured in different locations, the delivery times may differ from product to product. Estimated delivery times are specified within the individual product pages.
Most of our items will ship out within 24 hours. Some popular items have been known to take longer due to stock availability issues. Under such circumstances, the order can take up to 10 days to process.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it means your item has already been shipped out from our fulfilment warehouse.
In our bid to reduce delivery times so that you can receive your purchases as quickly as possible, we will often ship the product out direct from our warehouse to you.

Your purchases are insured for delivery and will come with a shipment tracking number which you can use to check on the status of your purchase. Shipment tracking information will be sent to you once your purchased item has left our fulfilment centre.

As our items are manufactured and shipped out from different locations, you may not receive all purchases at the same time if you have made multiple purchases.
Do not be alarmed if you do not receive all of your purchases at once. You can be rest assured that all your purchases are on their way to you.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email together with a shipment tracking number. You can also check on the status of your order at any time by contacting our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and will require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.
