RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Chic Warrior, we take great pride in the quality of the products we carry. We hate sub standard products ourselves and we are committed to delivering quality products to you.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it, within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or a refund. If the product is found to be defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or offer you a full refund including return shipping.

Chic Warrior carries retail items (Bags, Wallets, Accessories, Homewares) as well as clothing, and both have slightly different Refund Policies:

Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.

Shirts: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If item is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. You CANNOT return shirts unless they are defective. For size exchanges please refer to below.

For all returns, you will need to email us at support@chicwarrior.com to get a Returns Reference Number (RRN) before proceeding with the returns. This is very important as without the RRN, our operations team will not be able to trace and track back your returns. Please do not return items to the sender of your purchase as we often send your purchases direct from our factory and they are unable to process any returns at their end.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SHIRT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

If your shirt doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions.

First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on). 

Make sure to include details of the correct size needed.

You have 30 days to exchange your item.

Please Note: You will need to pay return shipping on shirt exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at [support@chicwarrior.com].

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG SHIRT OR MY SHIRT IS DEFECTIVE?

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at [support@chicwarrior.com] and tell us your order number and how we messed up.

We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We are currently based in both the United Kingdom as well as Singapore. We have fulfilment centers in both U.K. and Asia and we are able to fulfil all orders to most parts of the world.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PURCHASES?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email together with a Shipment Tracking Number. You can also check on the status of your order at anytime by contacting our customer support at [support@chicwarrior.com].

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand.  It typically takes about 7-10 days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts are shipped from our US print facility and travel via UPS to your address, tracking numbers available. 

For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.

I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE… WHERE ARE THE REST OF MY ORDER?

As our items are manufactured and shipped out from different locations, you may not receive all purchases at the same time if you have made multiple purchases. Do not be alarmed if you do not receive all of your purchases at once. You can be rest assured that all your purchases are on their way to you.
